    Good build but after sales service for snagging and faults far from acceptable. I would consider them again but would definitely withhold a proportion of the final payment until everything gets fixed and completely satisfied. It does pay to read reviews ............ sadly something I never did as I learned too late that other customers had experienced the same problem.

    THIS IS A DESPICABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VULGER TAXI FIRM.ON THE 13TH FEB 2019 AT APPROX 300 PM IN WATERFOOT ,ROSSENDALE ONE OF THEIR TAXIS TRIED TO OVER TAKE ME WHILST I WAS ON A ROUNDABOUT WITH AN ON COMING VEHICLE AND JUST MISSED US BOTH BY INCHES ,HO PRECEDED TOWARDS RAWTENSTALL WHILST MAKING VULGAR HAND JESTERS, THE INCIDENT WAS REPORTED TO ROSSENDALE BOROUGH COUNCIL , AFTER INVESTIGATION , THE COUNCIL RETURNED MY CALL SAYING THAT WHEN THE TAXI FIRM RECEIVES CALLS ABOUT THERE ATTITUDE THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN, WELL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A NASTY INTIMIDATING BUNCH THEY ARE

    I had a piercing done here which got infected and i ended up with a swollen neck and cheek and almost had to have a drip. I noticed that the piercer was wearing gloves but did not change them between clients. Staff are very freindly however hand hygiene is poor.
